Regional Indian Curries
Regional flavours packed with flavours and exotic spices cooked and delicious curry sauces and treat for either meat or veg lovers. This offers a chance to explore the varied tastes made from different bases that make the curry use infused with herbs and spices. A very elaborate meal cooked for special occasions and classes are held from Mondays to Fridays!

Goan Chicken Vindaloo or Hyderabad- Mirchi ka salan
Kerala Fish Curry
Madras- Chicken/Lamb Chettinad dishes
Delhi- Butter Chicken, Tandoori Murgh, Chicken tikka Masala
For the Vegetarians
Navrathan Korma or Paneer Kebabs
Chick pea Curry
Began Ka Burtha
All accompanied with Rice/Indian Bread and Relish.

The class includes all cooking materials and recipe handouts. Please bring your own tupaware to take home the delicious food you create.
