What you’ll do

Take yourself on a foodie adventure to India, with this delicious and aromatic Indian cooking class.

Whether you’re looking for flavour-filled activities with your friends and family or would simply like to level up your culinary skills, let this class awaken your senses to the fragrant world of Indian cuisine.

This cooking class  will take a hands-on approach as you learn from a talented chef tasty recipes from scratch.

We will start on our cooking experience  with a fun and informative demonstration, you will learn top tips of understanding spice blends and making your own from scratch, with practical and easy techniques from knife skills to flavour balancing. After, it will be time to put your new confidence of culinary knowledge into action as you get hands-on with your own Indian dishes.

Sample menu: (subject to change due to seasonality and availability)

  • Onion Bhajis
  • Naan Bread
  • Mint raita.
  • Butter chicken or paneer (v).
  • Jeera rice.

At the end of this cooking class, it’ll be time to sit down and enjoy your flavourful creations with new and old friends with a glass of Vino.

Please note:
This cooking class can cater for those keeping to a vegetarian diet, . This class can cater for also cater to a GF diet upon request, however, no alternative will be provided for the Naan.

Join this Indian cuisine class by yourself to learn new skills and connect with like-minded others, or take part with your family and friends and explore delicious Indian cookery together. As part of your class, you’ll share food stories, learn about different blends of spices and find out how various herbs and ingredients can benefit your health and wellbeing. 

Guided by your expert teacher, you’ll learn to make a range of spice mixes and sauces and will be taught how to cook three delicious Indian dishes, gaining lots of culinary techniques and tips as you go. 

After your cooking experience, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a drink with your fellow cooks as you discuss the new recipes you’ve tried. By the end of your class, you’ll have some great new Indian dishes to add to your repertoire, as well as a range of new cooking skills to use independently for future feasts! 

Knowledge required

This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a date ideateam building activity or hen do.

This experience would also be a creative gift for hergift for mum or gift for couples.
