Join this Indian cuisine class by yourself to learn new skills and connect with like-minded others, or take part with your family and friends and explore delicious Indian cookery together. As part of your class, you’ll share food stories, learn about different blends of spices and find out how various herbs and ingredients can benefit your health and wellbeing.
Guided by your expert teacher, you’ll learn to make a range of spice mixes and sauces and will be taught how to cook three delicious Indian dishes, gaining lots of culinary techniques and tips as you go.
After your cooking experience, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a drink with your fellow cooks as you discuss the new recipes you’ve tried.
