Vegetarian Cooking delights using fresh produce and herbs, delicate spices, curries, and homemade dairy, products. Indian flavours featuring recipes from regional Indian cities loaded with information on ingredients, techniques, equipment, and culinary insight.
This course gives you the pure veg delights in Indian Cooking. We will be making a variety of my favourites dishes which includes
- Lentil Crepe-Indian crispy pancakes/Masala dosa
- Saag Paneer – full loaded with iron and protein with mild flavours which are creamy
- Onion Fritters-Crispy onion deep fried-with a Chilli sauce
- Lemon Rice- fully packed with tempered spices and lentils
- Mint and Yogurt Chutney
