We’ve got another session of cooking  Goan food!  We’re thinking of Recheado prawns – a Goan stir fry which will take you on a trip down the beaches of Goa.  Or maybe Chicken Cafreal – a dry chicken cooked in green marinade made from herbs and spices. We might even make a proper Vindaloo – a spicy tangy curry with a heavenly flavour redolent of the influence of Portuguese colonists.
