Individual Lessons

Individual  cookery sessions include an interactive hand’s on cooking experience which is packed with learning the traditional Indian cooking techniques in a relaxed and informal environment.

Focus on cooking your favourite cuisine and have plenty of opportunities to ask questions. All ingredients are included and fresh and excellent quality ingredients sourced from the local producers in the region, cooking equipment, aprons for the class, and recipe cards for you to recreate the dishes at home.

At the end of the session we all sit and enjoy what we have cooked a scrumptious 3 course meal with a  glass of wine.

My classes make an excellent special occasion gift for your loved ones, or, a great opportunity for you to learn the skills that will hopefully last you a lifetime!

My vision is to inspire you to cook simple Indian food  and increase your confidence in the kitchen even if you are a  complete beginners or an advanced cook.

Classes are held from Monday to Friday.

Special classes are arranged for special occasions and for groups who are able to make it on a weekends.These lessons are very popular and booked well in advance.

Class prices are competitive and you will learn the essential skills of cooking, storing, spice combinations, sourcing ingredients, time saving tips, health benefits of using certain spices and much more.

Some of the interesting things you can look forward to learning are-  Strictly Vegetarian course, exotic and authentic curries, street food,  flavoursome regional dishes, delicious celebration  canapés and more.  Please get in touch with us for further information.
