Learn to Cook a selection of dishes which are sourced from fresh produce and herbs, delicate spices, curry sauce and homemade dairy products. Popular course with a story to unfold every mystery that goes in making our favourite curries.Recipes which are loaded with information on ingredients,health benefits, techniques, equipment, and culinary secrets.
Structure of the course will be a 45 min Demonstration followed by tasting the dishes ,whist taking the opportunity to chat and exchange notes and hear about the interesting facts of India and its rich dishes. You will be taking home the recipes of the day to recreate it in your own kitchen to show off your culinary skills to family and friends.

Time 10:30am to 1:30pm or 6:30 to 9 pm
