Easy Butter Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken

Tomato

Yogurt

Almond

Butter

Oil

Spices: Whole-

Bay

leaves,

cloves,

Cinnamon ,

Cardamom,

Ground spice:

Coriander,

Cumin,,

Tumeric,

Chilli Powder,

Paprika smoked for colour

Ginger garlic paste

Onion

Directions

Marinate Diced Chicken pieces into (Yogurt almond powder and Tomato, ginger Garlic paste all into a fine paste) along with salt and rest for 15- 20 min Meanwhile in a hot pan add 2 tsp of oil with 75g of Butter Once hot add the whole spices and then chopped Onion into it . Cook it for about 4-5 min till light brown in colour and then add the marinated chicken into it. Simmer and cook till chicken is tender and the sauce looks thick. Add salt for seasoning and then add the ground spices to it and cook it further for 15 min or until the chicken is throughly cooked. Serve Hot and Enjoy with some warm bread/naan or Rice.
