Chicken Drumsticks or Thighs

Whole Spices Cloves, Cinnamon stick, Cardamom pods, Bay leaves, mace

Ground Spices- Coriander, Cumin Turmeric chilli powder

Herbs- coriander stalks and coriander for garnishing

Heat and marinate -Ginger garlic and green chillies-

Marinate- Yogurt and lime

Salt to taste.
