Whole spice- Red chilli dry, Mustard seeds, cumin seeds

Ground spice- Cumin, coriander Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Asafoetida( Hing)

Herbs- Curry Leaves and coriander stalks and leaves to garnish

Garlic and ginger finely chopped

Oil to fry

Salt to season
