Experience a true culinary masterpiece learning about the fantastic flavours Indian cuisine has to offer. A day designed to explore colours, tastes, aromas and creating basic curry pastes.
Classes start from 10 am to 2 pm. We begin with introduction to herbs and spices, a bit of history and to how to make a basic curry paste. We shall be making a wide range of dishes and exchange tips to go along with the dishes we make. We shall later sit down and enjoy the meal we cook or you can choose to take away the dishes to share with your family and friends. Menu will be based on seasonality and availability and we aim to ensure that all dietary requirements are met so that everyone can enjoy the cooking!
